The Financial Business Partner will work alongside the Financial Controller balancing the needs of the growing UK business with the requirements of our US based finance team. This is a hands-on role within a small team, partnering with the UK management team and US colleagues to achieve business objectives and execute strategy. The role involves leading budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, while offering scenario modelling and revenue growth recommendations.
